Todd Fleeman As the CEO of Dynamic Development, Inc., Todd Fleeman leads a nationally recognized, family-owned commercial real estate firm that offers lease, purchase, and build-to-suit development options throughout the United States. Todd’s success in commercial real estate acquisitions is attributed to his uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge and exceptional customer service commitment. Todd is active in the community and volunteers regularly. He is the president of LEAP and served on the board for HOPE Cancer Resources. He and his wife Melissa live in Bentonville. They have 4 children, 3 grandchildren and one very spoiled rescue, Weimaraner, Dax. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking BBQ and cheering for the Razorbacks.

John Hampton John T. Hampton is Chairman and CEO of First Western Bancshares, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of First Western Bank. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Law Enforcement Assistance Program as well as Chairman of the Business Executive Advisory Board for the Hickingbotham School of Business at Ouachita Baptist University. Hampton is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife, Kelli, reside in Rogers, Arkansas and Santa Rosa, Florida. He has two grown children and six grandchildren.

Jerry Walton Jerry walton. Retired CFO of JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. Prior to JB Hunt was a partner with KPMG in Little Rock, Dallas and Austin. Currently serve on the Northwest Arkansas National Airport Commission.

Laurice Hachem Laurice Hachem operates her privately held real estate investment companies for the past 40 years, with investments currently in Tampa, Florida and in Rogers, Arkansas. Laurice Hachem was named Philanthropists of NWA for 2021 and contributes to many organizations, including being a BWF donor for the American Red Cross, a donor to the UIC Neurosurgeon Fellowship Program, the Boys & Girls Club of America, Mercy Hospital, Arkansas, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Florida, Arkansas Athletic Outreach Rogers, U.S. Marshals Museum in Fort Smith, to name a few. Currently she sits on the boards of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, Tampa, Florida, along with being named Chairwoman of the U.S. Marshals Museum Foundation Board. Laurice has recently accepted a position on the Mercy Hospital Foundation Board.
